Use with Samsung LE40C650

Hi,

I just got V+ installed and I've got a niggling problem. I'm trying to get the volume working for my Samsung LE40C650. I've followed the guide and entered the code for Samsung (4080). However, when I hit the standby button the V+ box switches off and when I switch it back on I'm back to square one... i.e. the volume buttons on V+ control still don't work.

Hi,
Just had the same problem - eventually realised that you must ignore the ST box and just keep the button pressed while looking at the television. Eventually it will switch off as indicated by the red light coming on. Then release that button and press OK to finalise the procedure. You are just programming the remote control and the ST box has nothing to do with it.

Cheers
Don
