That shouldn't stop them doing it if you request it.

The trouble is it's such old news it's not easy to find on The Boiler Room. Try asking them to search for "VIP" in the News Search. The article they need to read is called "Great News! VIP 50 Bundle Changes"

Absolutely disgusted with the service i've received trying to get this package sorted, can anyone supply a number for customer care or customer services? Getting nowhere, have been on the phone on probably 5 occasions now, been given the runaround and can't even find a working number for complaints

Call back and do as Spiderplant advises above... ask them to go to the "Boiler Room" on the intranet and search the news items for "VIP 50 bundle changes"
It is there, I've seen it myself... if you still get have issues, then ask for a Manager.

Re: Price for 2 x V+ HD boxes?
Hi digital fanatic, thanks for your reply. Managed to speak to someone who spoke to the marketing team who knew about the sky premium hd being free on main box with vip50 however they are still quoting me £118 for vip50 with 2 x v+hd box, he says it is because i am 'messing around' with the vip50 package, so that means i am paying an extra £20.50/month for a second v+ hd box lol? What am i to do, is this guy correct or am i going to face a brickwall everytime i phone?

I don't know where they are getting the £118 from.. should be £114.50 according to BenMcr, for what you want.

Re: Price for 2 x V+ HD boxes?
I've always known that it was the £10pm or £49/£75 for a second HD Box.

Sorry yeah, thought you wanted the HD Sports/Movies on both boxes, my bad
Yeah £107.50.
Maybe speak to Customer Relations as you do seem to be getting the run around here?

Re: Price for 2 x V+ HD boxes?
Managed to get ahold of someone who was a little more helpful although still a different price.
VIP50 with 1x VHD box and 2x V+HD boxes - £106 for 6 months/£113 thereafter
VIP50 with just 2x V+HD boxes, no VHD box - £118, so costs more for 1 less box?
Said he could do the box for £35 this time

Do you have the number for customer relations digital fanatic? Searched google there and only number i could see was 0800 073 0591 which doesn't work

The first one sounds a good deal
Do you have a VM landline? If so call 150 and select "thinking of leaving us?" this will take you to Customer Relations... just explain how you've been messed around etc.

The first one is correct!!!!
VIP50 with one V+ and one V is £97.50 and adding a second V+ would add the V+ £10 charge and another £5.50 subsequent box charge, totalling £113.
The second one with 2 X V+ should be £97.50 plus the charge for the second V+ £10, making £107.50, I think???
