All channels breaking up LU postcode?

All of my channels have just started breaking up, is this likely a box issue or an area wide problem?

Every channle is blocky and freezing was fine one minute then all went blocky!

It could have been a glitch on the network, I would not like it to be heat in this weather as it would get worse if the weather improves.
