Wasn't Living rebranded a few years ago to appeal more to men and Living 2 becoming the womens channel. The main Living channel certainly is now a general entertainment channel then a lifestyle channel.
Not to sure about the Bravo rebrand as it just sounds like they want to make some cheap UK programming to fill in a few slots around some good US shows.

utv HD - latest news... not good
Update (sort of):
E-mail received today from utv:
UTV’s plan was always to be on every platform in HD by 2012, and we are working at bringing this forward however this involves commercially sensitive negotiations with ITV.
Thanks,

Hi Lewis,
ESPN America is currently available in High Definition (HD), with a majority of our programming streamed in a 16:9 aspect ratio in full HD. However, it is up to each individual platform provider to provide viewers with HD service.
We suggest you contact your platform provider and petition them to provide you with ESPN America in HD so that you can enjoy all your favourite sports programming the way you want to see it.
Thanks and keep watching!

There are quiet a few fans of ESPNA on Digital spy a concerted effort of emails worked when ESPN were going to shut ESPNA down for a few months last year, in the end they kept it running maybe we could try that again. This time emailing VM with a copy of your reply from ESPNA.

Just in the process of sending one myself.
Slightly off topic but has anyone had any issues with blurring or banding on red objects on C4HD on the following programs Location Location last night and Come Dine With me both in HD.

It's not currently being carried by any UK providers, but the version of ESPN America that covers most Scandanavian countries (where ESPNA HD is being carried) is the same version we get here.

This is what I received from someone who has no idea what there talking about.
Thanks for your e-mail to Virgin Media about the possibility of adding
ESPN America's HD channel to our line up.
We understand your interest in the ESPN America HD channel.
Right now, this channel you?re looking for isn?t part of our line-up.
While we don?t have plans to introduce it just yet, we?re always in
negotiations aimed at giving our customers even more from Virgin TV.
Just keep your eyes peeled to virginmedia.com to be the first to know
when new channels are added.
ESPN America has ceased broadcasting on most UK platforms for a few
months to enable ESPN to launch their new channels. We'll let you know
as soon as we get any update on this channel being added to our TV
service.
We?ve already updated your e-mail address for future contact.
David, to find out more about our great products and services, please
visit our website www.virginmedia.com or call our team for free by
dialling 150. Alternatively, you can call us on 0845 454 1111* and we?ll
be happy to help.
