Its a cyclone. Beware of the remote though. The one i have is a small one but there is a later version (comes with the same model recorder) which is bigger and i think is better.
The small one seems a bit crap but it doesnt bother me because i use the buttons on the recorder and/or the laptop.
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/161663...edium=products
seems to be a different remote from mine so reckon its a later and better model.

I thought you meant that you were transferring HD recordings from the V+ box, now that would be awesome.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2010) Vol. II
You can use component cables which don't use HDCP. The Samsung boxes can use the component cables for the PS3 (HDMI to Component). One of those, a Hauppauge HD PVR and Media Center apnd you have yourself a nice archiving method albeit slightly expensive and long winded.

They are for testing the network, and don't relate to any real channels. They will be removed when the tests are complete.

test channels dnt mean there channel launching, generally if you ha vea test channel with a certain cahnenl broadcasting it a good chance it will eb coming but nto alway, and secondly they use hte test channels to see how it affect other channesl so they know if they need to add more bandwidht to carry mroe channels

Like to see if the network can cope with the extra bandwidth being used without interrupting anything else?
