Channels?

Ok, I connected up a TV to my STB for the first time in... Forever.

I am subscribed to TV Size: M, which according to this list, means I should get some channels like Virgin and Virgin+.

Yet all channels except for channel 4 and the BBC channels say I am "Unsubscribed, but subscribing is easy....". What gives, anyone got any idea?

Re: Channels?

Impossible, called 151 and after what seemed like a 30 minutes speech about the LS area's and how theres an engineer on site, repeated now less than twice... I finally get through to what sounds like the India call center, where I instantly hang up and redial. All 5 times.

I'm hard of hearing, and battling the language comprehension problems on top of that make it impossible for me to get any form of help I guess.

Edit: - When in need, scream for a neighbour. Only took 5 minutes to fix once the neighour spoke to them. "He's sent a signal or something to the box, see if the channels are there now.", and they were.

Re: Channels?

Leave calling until after 8am on a weekday and you 'should' get a UK Based operator.
