My V+ Box
Dear All I am new here so go easy please.....
My V+ box of late is being very naughty....!!!!!
a, sometimes recording quality is very poor (sometimes un-watchable).
b, record stuff then I cant watch later (box just freeze up).
c, Always rebooting (2-3 times a night).
Yet when it works it all works ok, its about 3 year old now.
I bought my box, and I don't pay rent on it so I guess they wont fix it, just charge me for a new one.
I may ring Virgin this week, I never have any problems with them, always on the ball.
Your thoughts please
Lee

Re: My V+ Box
I've never known anyone to buy a V+ box, it sounds like you paid extra so there would be no monthly charge but it's still Virgin Media's property.
Virgin is not Sky, if there's a fault they will replace it free of charge regardless of how long you've had it.
