ntl box out side house

I have a ntl juntion box on my grass verge and a ntl grid against my garden wall, but when i try to get virgin to put a package together for me they say there's no cable there. I have tried again and again but no luck can anybody help !

Hi Ben it says You're not in a fibre optic area

Very Odd, Try filling out THIS form and also try emailing cablemystreet@virginmedia.co.uk and explain the situation to them.

virgin have in touch, but bad news this is only section of the road that has cable but it has not been connected to the grid. At least they sent someone out to check and then he rang me so thanks for your help ben & virgin
