Unhappy Re: Missing channels

Hello to all in the forum, I am a new member and this is my first posting
Changed to V+ Box about six weeks ago.
I am now on my second V+ box, last one VM took away because it was showing code 1200 on all my BBC channels, second box still not able to watch BBC channels (other than original BBC & BBC 2) despite engineer being very good and trying all he could think of.
Second box now has a constant irritating dripping noise. VM going to relay cable in two weeks to fix original 1200 problem as they have now decided it is a cable fault, does any one know will this fix all my problems or is it wishful thinking?

Have you tried rebooting?
The most likely part of the V+ box to create noise is the hard drive.
If rebooting dont work you might try asking them to reformat the hard drive and see if that makes a difference.

Re: Missing channels

A new cable is a good thing to try to fix the error 1200.

You might be able to reduce the noise by standing the V+ on something soft like a cloth. Take care not to block the air vents though.

ps. Welcome to the forum!
