Re: Audio drop out problem

It is being investigated. No need to call.

Do you have any planned recordings for today? If so, which channels?

No planned recordings for today. It has only affected a couple of recordings but the rebooting happens during different times of the day ie morning, afternoon & evening but appears to be worse since the new card was issued the other month.

Sorry not been here for a few days. Thanks again for looking into this spiderplant - any news for us yet or do these things take a whle to get sorted usually?

I haven't had problems with excessive reboots myself - just the odd one or two every few days. The audio drop outs are still a problem though.

Re: Audio drop out problem

Last two nights. As soon as I turn TV on and the first channel change induces a re-boot. Not had the audio interupts so much (at least not so noticeable) but the reboots are a pain.
Are we all from Romford / Hornchurch and what do CS know what the problem is?

Re: Audio drop out problem

Agreed, same problems as others have said, and does not affect the Samsung box in the other room. Also in the Romford area.

Re: Audio drop out problem

Watching the Spurs vs Fulham game last night on ITV1, during the first 15 mins or so had about 4/5 instances of picture & audio distortion, just lasted for a second in each case. Then settled down and didn't happen again, so possibly not connected to this problem.

That said, it's mostly my kids who watch children's telly on this set and they have not been complaining about the audio problem for a few days so perhaps it's being fixed.

The box was on 702 this morning (CBeebies) but just showing a VM display picture. Rebooted and channel came on as normal with a few other new ones I noticed (Cartoonito, ITV3+1, ITV4+1 etc.)
