Hi new member here picture but no sound itvhd in swansea, told by fault dept (151 virgin phone) to get more people to ring up as they arent aware of a problem and need 5 or more customers to report it before they take action

Update Swansea here now have sound on itvhd

Pic seems a little soft (sd) compared to normal itv on my panny plasma 42" waiting for a hd prog to come on tho

5.1 sound on ITV1 HD on Virgin
I have got all the new HD channels, including ITV1. But the sound on ITV1 is not 5.1 surround - which it is on all the other HD channels (whether showing HD-originated programming or not). Anyone else noticed this?

Virgin seem to be having a few teething problems with ITV HD. Just went off when I was watching the ITV local news and when it came back, it was London News. So had to revert back to 103. Guess it will be sorted soon.
