Picture was much sharper than standard definition channel, no blurry effect of pitch when tracking players

Been watching my recording of King Kong from ITV1 HD and it looks fantastic. The football last night looked excellent as well. Something to praise ITV for at last.

Aston Villa's revenge is on ITV1 HD on saturday, perfect opportunity to try out HD and see a potential top 4 team in action.

I sense a Carew hat trick in the last half hour of the game, followed by him going up to Terry and saying "hows that for tiring after 60minutes".

I dunno about playing better, but with Cuellar in defense we certainly don't look better in it. Cuellar is a compelling argument against HD, he's ugly enough in SD.

It is for normal tv programming, but for the footie it was moved to the top right

anyone else think the picture quality on itv hd looked blocky and pixaleted in parts im referring to the villa chelsea game, never had this problem on any other HD channel

So still means upscaled but in other words - Why cant they put U.S (Up Scaled)
