This just posted on the thread
"It does seem to be a fault but I have a bit of a problem raising this. I only have four people reporting this issue and I need at least five people so we can raise this.
If people are having this issue please respond to this post and we can look into it for you all ASAP. http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/...-HD/td-p/45144
Thanks

Yes I'd echo the thanks to Spiderplant and DF for the help and updates.
I was out last night but I did watch some of True Blood on FX HD and didn't get any AD. Not sure if this was an AD program though.
I've just pointed out to support over on community that if you look at the various threads there are already at least five people reporting the issue, plus it will be very easy to re-create themselves if they have a V-HD in the office. I've also posted links to your thread on Community on AVForums and Digital Spy, suggesting people post if they have the issue.

Thanks for your support on this , I can confirm that True Blood does not have AD.
The only series I have found it on is NCIS.

No problem. I'll try and keep an eye out for NCIS and test.

Re: New HD box (non PVR)
I've got hold of the new remote to use on the V+, it is quite large and nice to look at. It's not perfect but the best V+ remote so far.

Yes I noticed that!
I've just noticed on community that support have now provided a fault reference for the V-HD boxes rebooting when accessing On Demand from an HD channel. It is 1242535.

Thanks DF. With regards the AD problem I watched a bit of Desperate Housewives on E4HD last night which was listed as AD in the guide, and didn't get any AD at all.
