I received the cards yesterday in Ipswich and will put them in the boxes at the weekend.

Also had all 4 new cards today in bristol and was up and running within 10min

It will be soon enough but remember you are EX-NTL and Bristol is EX-Telewest so you are not on the same headend, so no getting your hopes up just yet.

New cards have arrived. I just wonder if it's safe to insert them. Since 6:30 this evening phone + broadband + TV have been off 4 times, the fiorst time for some 45 minutes

The is no immediate rush especially if the is an area issue as you have a few weeks before you really need to swap them.

Put them in tomorrow. If there is a problem with the cards you are better finding out sooner than later, otherwise you may be without channels for a few days waiting for a replacement card to arrive.
