1. Separate envelopes, both may not arrive on the same day but they should do
2. As soon as possible, if you are recording, wait until it has finished or if you are watching a paid for event wait until that has finished as well or you will have to pay for it again.

Tipster is 100% correct guys so back off. Birmingham will never get cards through the post from Virgin Media. I have it from a very reliable source. Virgin Media have no intention of rolling their network out to Birmingham, Birmingham in Alabama that is
