Re: New Smart card areas channel changes
Same here in Telford this morning.
Took about 1 minute, that included taking off the letter, ripping off the glue that was on it (to fix it to letter) and putting it and waiting for it confirm.
Pretty fast and flawless!

Re: New Smart card areas channel changes
Had ours a week or so back. Simple change, so nothing to report. However, on phoning 150 to upgrade the broadband (wonder what the youngin's doing with her second connection to the router?) the lady tells me that "it appears you haven't changed your card yet". I guess it's just a crossed wire or a lack of communication and there's nothing to worry about?

They get a screen flash about your new card. In some instances the flash hasn't deactivated... nothing to worry about

If Wolverhampton is being done then Birmingham will not be far behind as probably on the same regional headend.

Re: New Smart card areas channel changes
Got my first message Monday and the cards arrived today, simple enough change over. I was impressed that the instuctions had pictures of my actual box concerned rather than a generic illustration, this made identifying the right card for the right box easy.
