new card arrived installed works but may need to call 151 . Message
your not subscribed to this channel keeps poping up on all channels
not often but every hour or so

You need to call but wait until after 0800 to call for a UK call centre.

New card for V+ here this morning, up and running in 5 minutes. I haven't received a new card for the V-HD box, presumably as this already came with a new card.

If the box requires a card you will receive one as it must start with 20.

Swapped that card over last night and the box way unbelievably slow so left it overnight.
This morning it is the same, have tried a reboot but it takes 6 seconds for the mini guide to appear after you have pressed OK on the hand set. When the guide does appear it says no programme information.
will this sort it self out?
