Why would a rollout schedule be needed or even posted?
Your TV will work before you get one, and as long as you swap it when you do get one, your TV will work afterwards

Re: New Smart card areas channel changes
It's funny reading forums about this, seems there's a lot of people in complete denial, I'm sure this guy is posting on most of them:
Am I the only person that takes pleasure in seeing people post about which dodgy box to buy, and getting a long list of recommendations with no one telling them that they'll soon end up with no channels?

Nope I think it's pretty funny too.
I have no pity on the people buying them because imagine how stupid you must be to ask for recommendation on buying a box when every other topic is about how the new encryption will kill the very box your asking for recommendations for

Re: New Smart card areas channel changes
It will probably get cracked but that's not to say that it will be anytime soon and hopefully Virgin would have throught ahead to be able to patch any encryption breaches.

Re: New Smart card areas channel changes
There's not really any reason to assume it will ever be cracked. If they've learnt their lessons from previous implementations (which so far it looks like they have) the cards can be as, if not more, secure as NDS.
