how do i record any thing onto my recorder i have tryed but it is so complcated for me can any body help me thank you

Is this a V+ Box? If so you just highlight the program in the TV Guide or Mini Guide and press the Record button.

I think the OP might mean record from the V+ to a DVD recorder?

1. Press V+
2. Go to V+ Extras
3. Select Copy to VCR/DVD
4. Add programmes to the list to be copied by pressing ok
5. Press Yellow
6. Put your DVD Recorder onto the correct channel and press record
7. Select Copy Now

I did that a couple of days ago, just to see how it worked, and to be honest, the picture quality was not good at all. Looked like whoever was cooking (was a cookery program I had recorded) was being attacked by a swarm of bees!
