I`m beginning to think that most employees at virgin media don't have a clue as to what is going on when it comes to rectifying problems with the service they supply, sorry with service they are meant to supply. one thing i do know is that they are trained in the fine art of bull sh****** their customers. For three day`s now i have no O.D and from one employee alone i was given three different reasons for the problem each contradictory to the other,this alone proves they don`t have a clue. My argument being should you pay for something that you are clearly getting
