EPG Stuck at 5pm
It is now 11pm but on all channels when I press the EPG,it is showing programmes at 5 or 6pm, rebooted twice to no avail. It has happened may be 2 to 3 times this month, by tomorrow morning it will reset itself. This EPG is so unreliable.

Sounds like you may have a signal issue...it was also accompanied by lots of "program information unavailable" messages. This was cured for us by an engineer adjusting the signal strength for us.

I get this from time to time (and getting it now) I find that if you press the up button when the now-and-next guide is up, it updates the EPG for that channel. If you scroll off it and go back it goes back to the same.
Still its better than nothing.

Phoned CS just now, there is a fault in my area SK10.
Again, the service status webpage fails to mention this at all!!!
