Help with setting up V+ and PS3

Hi guys, wonder if you can help a newbie with my set up. Basically i'm having V+ installed on friday and need help with my connections.

I have an HD ready JVC tv which has a DVI port and 1 set of video and component cable ports and 2 scart ports.

At the moment i have my ps3 cable running to the component leads on the back of the tv so i can see blu-rays and games in almost hd quality. What i was wondering was whether there is a way to run the V+ box to also recieve HD. I am aware that i would need a HDMI lead to DVI and also audio cables for the set-up of the V+ box but at the mo my PS3 occupy those leads.

So am i right in thinking i have 3 choices, which are:-

1) to set up the v+ box with the DVI and audio leads and use my ps3 as normal set-up?

2) to set up the v+ box using scarts and leave the ps3 as component

3) Buy a new tv with 2 HDMI ports and go from there?

Any suggestions would be helpful, i'm not the most technically gifted with all this, so if there is a way i can set it up without changing tv's then advice would be appreciated. I did consider toying with the idea of running component leads from both ps3 and v+ to a splitter box but would i gain anything from doing this?? Help very much appreciated. thanks.

Something like this should work: http://www.amazon.co.uk/port-HDMI-DV.../dp/B000NHBLK8

Run HDMI from the PS3 and the V+ to the box, then DVI + discrete audio cables to the TV. £30. Cheaper than a new TV.

The spec isn't entirely clear in this description, so it's worth confirming with the supplier that it can be used in this fashion first.
