Re: VM tv services poll

The customer service side has gotten worse and everytime I phone I never find anyone who knows any idea of the prices for upgrades etc.

The tv is still the same and vod is as bad as it ever was.

The picture quality for me has just gotten worse but ive got a weak signal (my cable is connected at the other end of the cul-de-sack instead of outside of my front door where it should be) because of it the picture pixelates a lot of the time and the audio quality is crap.

There is never anything to watch on tv (for me) so I can't really complain but the missus does

I'd change to sky but the internet from cable is great.

Re: VM tv services

Vod just keeps crashing for me and I can't even access any of those BBCi things which was annoying over the weekend but apparently there is nothing on vod for me (so friends say). Besides the modem light often flashes constantly so I think that must be something to do with the vod problem.

I wish they would do something with the epg as it takes a while to load.

As for customer services I hate it. I can't hear right and I have to ask people in front of me to repeat themselves at times so it's a nightmare when I get put through to india

For me, it deteriated to the point where in spite of rebooting at least once a day, it wasn't fit for the purpose, so I cancelled it.

Got Sky+ now and it 'does what it says on the tin'

not used Sky + but iv never had any problems with Sky, even when we had Sky Digital in the early days.
