Cable Query

Hi,

A while back Virgin Media supplied me with this cable in my room to use on the Virgin Media Box, I no longer have this box. I also know it can be used at the back of a modem, but i have one of them downstairs.

Can this cable be used for freeview / normal TV, to pick up a reception, I've put the cable next to the normal TV aerial slot and its picked up a slight reception. So i was curious, maybe this can..

This may be a dumb question, but I'm clueless when it comes down to this sort of stuff.

If this can be used as an aerial, what adapter will i need?

Current cable in my room:

Thanks.

So, basically i can only have BBC 1 & 2, ITV1, Channel 4 and Channel 5?

So if i wish to use this cable i can only use it for basic TV...

That will do, What adapter do i need?

Re: Cable Query

ppl need to realise that Freeview is DTT not cable or satellite & you cant use cable for Freeview like you cant use satellite for Freeview etc.
