Get over it , most of us have moved on and found better things to watch than the Simpson's every 2 or 3 hours every night.

The Sky basics have gone. They might come back, there again they might not, Have you ever wondered whether VM can afford them any more or that they ever want them again. ????

I'm not "on it" so i don't need to "get over it"... I don't miss the Sky channels much either...but you miss the point again... it's not about individuals wanting this that or the other, it's about supplying information...

you "decided to have a look" at a thread named after something you've been negativley banging on about for ages.... brilliant LOL!

freesat is out and for 80 quid u can get free satelite for 120 quid u can get hd satelite, daft thing is i cant see this taking off mainly because for years you've been able to get free satelite anyways by just buying a dish say from maplins for 100 notes and setting it up and away u go 200 channels free.

Re: Virgin Media in talks over bringing back Sky

Roll on the court case. That will give us something to talk about other than going over the exact same things. I know it's about the same things but both Sky and Virgin know it will stir things up a bit.

Re: Virgin Media in talks over bringing back Sky

' Bring on the court case' l hear, this will cost thousands, and in the end, WE will be paying for it, it could run for months, with each company fighting in each corner, l have already read on this forum, that some want the basics back and some don't, this of course is consumer choice, we have what is supposed to be a major company in the TV field, and what happens, someone mentioned, we have been given infor, on what is happening, what about the court case, what has the new CEO said, nothing, this is what l am talking about, we are not being informed about anything, VM have stated, they they would look at prospective buyers, what can they buy, we are losing customers each month, they have to do something to stop that.

If you look at the viewing figures for the Sky channels it really isn't difficult to believe that most people don't miss them.
