Customer service and engineer visit.

I would like to congratulate Virginmedia on their superb service I have received.
I rang 150 2 days ago to report a fault I had on my V+ box and my V box, the lady was very helpful and quickly indentified I needed an engineer to visit.

Given a time of 8-12 for visit today.
The engineer was on the doorstep at 7.55 am all problems fixed and gone by 8.30 am.
Can't knock that for service, not a one off either had problem with broadband connection six months ago and got the same excellent service.
