Smile Samsung STB SMT-2100c stuck on AP52

Hi All

I have a Samsung STB SMT-2100c

This now only boots as far as flashing onto PL30 for a couple of minutes and then freezes on AP52

I have tried rebooting OK + Left + Right

Removed the card and rebooted after unplugging for a few minutes

After initially saying navigator is loading PL30 its flashes to AP52 with Virgin Media on the screen

Andy ideas

Sounds like an engineer visit is needed. Have you reported the fault?

Hi Stuart C

Thanks for your reply.

Just gave faults a ring and it’s a know fault in my area, with the engineers working on it.

Lets hope it’s not to long as I wanted the watch the Munster v Saracons reply as I missed it live earlier.

Cheers
