It's worse for us in Edinburgh. My on-demand's been playing up since Saturday. Here's a super long ticket - looks like major trouble at t'mill for Edinburgh/Glenrothes viewers:

Would they compensate for this if you subscribe to TV Choice? I also had trouble accessing a FilmFlex movie I rented but got it going eventually.

My on demand is very erratic sometimes it will work most times it will not

Sometimes a reboot of the box fixes issues with this. I have seen V+ downstairs not work, but V box upstairs work.A reboot of the V+ fixed.

Though if service is completely down this wont help.

First: We are NOT virgin media. The site is owned by the Administrators, and not by Virgin Media (or anyone connected to them).

Second: Have you reported this to Virgin themselves?
