open forum message to Niel Berkett CEO for VM

I have always been a big admirer of TV companies that gives there customers, the time and day and keeps them informed of what is happening, but what l find strange is that when VM took over from Telewest and NTL, we were promised everything, and that it was going to be the TV challenge of the future and take on Sky TV, we then had the bitter argument between Sky and VM over pricing for the the basic package, which has deprived many customers of there favourite channels, we then heard last month, that the talks were resuming, between both companies, and yet absolutely nothing has been said to the customer, we have been kept in form of what is happening, of channels and news of VM, from the superb TV Boy, which all forum members look upon, as the leader, but nothing ever comes from the guy who actually runs VM - You, we get through out letter boxes, details of great packages that VM offers, but nothing about the basic pakage, l know that some managers of VM read this pages, when the row blew up, VM was quick to blast a letter over all the major papers, and street hoardings, and letters, to explain the reason on the web site, but now it has gone completely cold, just keep us informed, thats all l ask.

He's gonna be well confused now. He will gooutside to move his car and then realise it was never parked outside your house in the first place.

Good points there i asked a similar question on another forum not ds and asked why vm never keep their viewers upto date about things i mentiond at least sky and top up tv come on to some forums reguarly and let customers know whats going on about software updates ect new channels.

The viewers/users are kept in the dark so that no one can find out what should be going so they can never be accused of being wrong.

It operates on the "mushroom principle"
"keep them in the dark and feed them bull s**t all the time.
