No programme information (again!)
My TV guide says the above more often than not. My tv service is usually faultless, so why can't VM provide the tv guide as a stable feature? I've noticed that when I get the message, On Demand is usually not working either.

Re: No programme information (again!)
God, I hate this.
Happens every night on loads of channels on my Quick Guide (Samsung 2100C).
You can get the odd bit of info if you're quick, but usually there's nothing or info for 24 hours in front!!

My V+ takes about 5 - 10 minutes to fully populate the program guide from a cold boot...

As said above this usually happens most nights after about 3.00am, mine is sorted by the classic, unplug for 20 seconds method. Once its powered up its generally back to normal within a minuet or two.

Re: No programme information (again!)
No amount of re-booting fixes it for me.
It's as if the new info is being put into the quick guide and the STB sorts itself in a very relaxed manner - i.e when it feels like it!
I tried to set a reminder for a programme that was after 1 am - the STB actually set a reminder for a programme that was due to be aired 24 hours later.
Very frustrating.

Re: No programme information (again!)
I used to have to reboot every night and sometimes again during the day to get the EPG to work. Had a Pace and a Samsung. No difference.
Out of desperation I got Sky+. No problems at all now Sky+ just works.
