CATV Cover stolen
Not sure if this is the right place to post this so apologies in advance.
Anyway - noticed today that someone has stolen the triangular catv cover from outside the house (the one in the street where the cabling comes up the pipe).
The question is, what if anything, should I do about it? Should I ring NTL and tell them? What effect, if any, will not having the cover make to my service (broadband only - ditched TV and phone a long time ago).
Also, if there are any scallies reading this, can you enlighten me as to what possible purpose you would want the cover for? And why was the one from the empty house across the road nicked instead of mine?
Cheers all

Re: CATV Cover stolen
Phone them up and say that it's a heath and safety risk as someone could trip and fall.
They hopefully will act quickly and mend it so no one ends up suing them.

Oh, you scallie you
Tried lifting it on the way home tonight - but it's not that easy which means that someone must have actually prised ours out of its slot! The only one in the street gone, and we're right in the middle too! The mind boggles.
We'll give them a ring Monday.
