No its not a bug its just the bizzarre way Virgin do things,
My bill will show £25
for the b/band /£11 for the phone which comes to £36 but I pay £27 so the bill shows £36 less £9 discount for having a phone with my b/band

Virgin have a weird way of billing. They charge for everything you are going to get, in the package, item by item. They then deduct a set amount which gives you the total you thought you were going to be charged. THEN they add on any extras YOU'VE asked for!!!!

So if you have a normal STB on XL, and add a V+ box (paying £75), should you still get charged for one of the boxes on a monthly charge please?

You only pay if your on M or L, XL is free as its included in the subscription i think.

£5.00 a month with TV Size: M or L
£0.00 with TV Size: XL

£5.00 a month with TV Size: M or L
£0.00 with TV Size: XL
But the original stb then becomes an additional one, so is charged at £9.50 per month
