Change of remote
Can any one tell me please how to get my Samsung SMT 2110 remote to control a DITV 1000 STB, (and just in case, back again).

um, you can't. they use different remote technologies

possibly, but the pace 1000s are not compatible with alot of digi senders so may not working with universal remotes
Why not phone virgin and ask them for a remote for the pace box on your account

not doubting you but there is a pace 1000 for sale on ebay with the samsung remote as a pair, either some one is on a blagg or there is a way of twinning them?

You cannot buy a Virgin/ntl/telewest box off ebay. It is illegal
Any equipment Virgin give to customers is rented. it remains the property of Virgin Media

Please do not link to stolen merchanise for sale on Ebay, such as STBs.
If you need a Pace 1000 remote, call VM. It will probably be cheaper than Ebay anyway.
