Re: Interactive

i've got the interactive problem on my new V + Box. Everything works fine that i've used on the box so far but interactive never worked even though i get the prompts on all the enabled channels.

I only had my TV setup via RF output so didn't bother to get this resolved until my new TV arrived.

Got that yesterday and still the same interactive problem so will give CS a ring after lunch. From reading the thread it seems either I don't have interactive setup on my account or I need an engineer out. Hopefully this can get sorted out before there is some content on BBCi i want to watch
