Hi TV Boy,
That's my website ( www.entertainment-iuk.com).
Sorry if you think I've been copying anything - it's not intentional - I just search around and find info.
And I certainly don't copy anything word for word - I rewrite everything.

Re: Coming soon to Virgin Media 2008.
This isnt offically confirmed yet. Nor is it really to do with virgin comign soon but thought peole might eb interested as it could be part of virgin.
One of my other sources not related to virgin have told me that ITV HD or ITV 1 HD is to launch june/july for the football but no offical date is set, as for the ofcom issue itv will be renaming one of there current license itv hd so they can launch it since they havea few spares ones apparntly can some confirm that?

Re: Coming soon to Virgin Media 2008.
while ITV HD is due to launch soon so far i've heard it is likely to be freesat exclusive.
I don't think VM have the capacity to add a new HD channel onto the network

Well not completely wrong; it will only be exclusive to Freesat when the channel is first launched. It will roll out to other platforms a little later. Not sure about VM though!

Re: Coming soon to Virgin Media 2008.
sorry tv boy never intent upsetting you I only saw this info wanted to know if it was true.
great news on the itv vod thing hope its like the excellent iplayer of bbc.
Itv got a cracking website to watch shows. 31 days replay & old archives to boot.
incidently anybody know what was said in this years cable congress 23rd-25th april in geneva. I know sony was there showing some tv games. All the cable bosses were present and was geared at technologies.
I also heared little rumour that vm is considering to tender the boxes to cisco who bought scientific atlanta and we are going to all get shiny upto date boxes to upgrade the service. Dont know if this is true or not but just something I heared but I doubt VM would do such a move. They make quite alot money on the hire surely.
