That's right-Scotland on 862, Northern Ireland on 863 and Wales on 864

It look to me like 4Music will not start on May the 5th after all.

I got the following in an email from Channel 4 today:

Dear TV Boy,

Thank you for contacting Channel 4 Viewer Enquiries regarding The Hits.

We hope to launch the new 4Music channel later this year, possibly by
summer, but have not confirmed exact plans at present. Keep and eye on
screen in the coming months for more information.

my source is saying that 19th may might be the offical launch of iplayer but wont commit to it think there some pressure from high up to keep quiet on things esicpally broadband relate issues

Its strange, I seem to remember VM actually putting it on their website, and now nothing.....

Gay TV Nightly was added to Ex-Telewest Channel 485 so can an Ex-ntler tell me if Gay TV has been added on your side of Virgin Media?

Its been on the ex-NTL side for quite some time now (before the rebranding i beleave)

It also been on Ex-Telewest but Virgin add it to Virgin Channel 485 as well today.

Blimey, I just looked under the "adult" section, and to my surprise there are 13 porn channels available, last time I looked, {just out of curiosity} there were about 5 or 6, when did all these new ones start up?

Northern Ireland channels are not Irish mate RTE1, RTE2, TV3 Ireland & TG4 however are. the Northern Ireland channels are just regional channels as the Welsh & Scottish etc channels are. i know this as i used to live in Co. Dublin & there you get the Northern Ireland & Irish channels.

i used to get the Northern Ireland channels on Ex-NTL as does my old man also Ex-NTL although he lives in a different city. btw i now live in Ex-Telewest
