Re: Coming soon to Virgin Media 2008.
I know we are getting Arsenal TV from tomorrow but Setanta have added Arsenal Replay to the Sky EPG today but they are showing the same lineup as Arsenal TV but on at 1.30am - 7.45am.
---------- Post added at 11:13 ---------- Previous post was at 11:10 ----------
DMAX 2 update: DMAX 2 will not be coming to Virgin when it starts next month.

True Movies 2 is coming soon, this is according to Wikipedia so it isn't 100% reliable.

Re: Coming soon to Virgin Media 2008.
....if you're expecting to see a lot of stuff about Tibet on there, you'll be disappointed. The channel is state controlled. I've been watching it quite a bit over the past few days and its mostly stuff about the Olympics on there.
As to your question, I think this is too much of a minority channel for cable, so I'll doubt VM will ever take it. News on cable is one area that really could do with improving.

I hope this is right, because VM have been falling to far behind Sky recently, once again thanks for the update TV Boy, I always look forwards to your posts.

Re: Coming soon to Virgin Media 2008.
I just want to know, how long does it take, to talk about getting the Sky channels back on, they have been talking about it for nearly two weeks now.

So Sky are getting 3 more HD channels, the first has already launched - Sky Sports HD3, the others are Sky Movies Premiere HD and Voom HD.

I expect your right gadge, but even so it would be nice to have a few HD channels, not just the BBC HD and a few films!. I think most people except VM will never have the amount of channels Sky has, but recently we have fallen way behind. Id love to get a V+box mainly for HD, but with whats on offer currently its just not worth it, but if VM were to get say, The History channel HD and a few others that would make all the difference! Here's hoping eh.

Re: Coming soon to Virgin Media 2008.
Lets put it this was, concerning Sky channels, just think about the people who CANNOT have a dish, and have to rely on cable, for there tv services, l do have Sky, but also have cable, becuase the V+ is better than Sky +, VM cannot survive with Sky, look on this cable forum, the amount of comments made about VM and the services, what l believe is that VM should sit down and sort out a deal, for the customer. and then we can see how good VM is, will the customers come back, l think they will, if you think if you get multiroom on VM you would pay £40, on Sky it is about £80.00, and l should know, as l have multiroom.
