It must have been V+ update that slightly blemished your otherwise outstanding record. Now for my daughter.... when's Pop Girl coming..

Keep up the good work

Re: Coming soon to Virgin Media 2008.

Pop Girl news

The latest I have is: -

Pop Girl was set to start with Arsenal TV ( on the 13th of March ) But I was told the few weeks later that the date was postphone due to them running out of room to carry channels on the Ex-ntl side.

But with Classic FM TV closing in December Virgin are just renaming that channel to Arsenal TV on the Ex-ntl side.

Note if Pop Girl was going to appear on Virgin from Tuesday you have seen post on this page about Pop Girl testing on some boxes by now.

I thought as much. Myself growing up in the era of 3 channels (deprived childhood!!) I think she'll survive for a bit longer with the selection she's got....not to mention the powerpuff girls on VOD.

I had 4 Channels up to when I was 8 or 9 years old when my Dad got Sky in back when TCC was on from 6am - 10am (Weekdays) / 12pm (Weekends) but Sky One had some kids shows as well (DJ Kat was on every weekday from 6am to 8.30am) With Sky in my Dad had 20 channels in but about 12 of them was non-uk channels...

Re: Coming soon to Virgin Media 2008.

BBC iPLAYER for April launch.

Think this has been said before, but its just appeared that there isnt a set time nor date, but it will be "sometime in April" as confirmed.

Funny, because the people who are talking in this article say "we are in an excellent position to offer Bandwidth..."

That word, "Bandwidth" that has been the excuse for Virgin media for a LONG time in regards to restrictions on future additions to the Channel lineup, and other things.

Ive just read this link grabbi and it doesn't make sense, as you say VM have been saying they are near their limit for more channels, but this guy is saying that "bandwidth" is not a problem! Is it me being a bit thick, or are these two comments contradictory?
