Loss of TV Service in London SE18

Anyone else still having problems with their TV service in London SE18. It's been out since 3pm yesterday. There's a recorded message about a supposed fix yesterday at 11pm, but it's still out.

Customers in the SE2, SE7 & SE18 area of Greenwich & Lewisham may currently be experiencing a loss of their broadband Internet ,digital TV & Telephone services. Our engineers are still investigating this issue. There is no estimated fix time as power being backed up by EDF.
