problem in reverse

Hi all in the forum
I have a sort of problem in reverse. That is, I am trying to spend some money for services with VM and getting nowhere. I want to add V+ services. I phone CS and choose change package option.
1st try, go through all the details and they ask for £150, no problem there all systems working to take my money, but there is a fault on the system and cannot get an engineer date booked, but he offered to e-mail the installers and they will phone back. Know that was done because the next call quoted that as being on my "notes" so no gripe with the first guy. Of course no call back came
2nd attempt. Go through all the security again and they try and book the installation. Get told there is a error and cant book the call so call back in 24 hours. This is now day 2.
3rd attempt Go through security twicew as i got passed on to someone else who wouldnt accept that i just went through all that with the first guy but heho its a free call. The second person told me there was an error and a insallation date cannot be booked but call back in 24 hrs, de-ja-vous. Made a bit of a fuss and she said she would call back today, its now 18:36 and no call, so phoned again. and if there was sound on this system you would here the hold music coming through my phone, wioll post an update. What can be so difficult in booking a installation time so i will be there when they come, even with faults and errors there must be other lines of communication open to employees. All i want is a V+ service which must be rarer than rocking horse poo.
