V+ Planned programmes disappearing...

On Friday all my planned programmes disappeared from my list. The planned series still showed, but they all showed with no programmes in them. This happened after the V+ box froze and rebooted. All my recorded programmes then showed as recovered content, but were not accessible. That was over 60 hours of recordings.

So after about half an hour (and 3 more resets by myself) I gave up and accepted the loss, and formatted the V+ losing everything, then spent the better part of another hour redoing all the planned programmes. All went well - and the series links I hadn't been able to delete were now gone, so really, aside from missing a whole series I was waiting to watch I figured it wasn't so bad.

Fast Forward two days to today, and again it's showing no planned programmes. If I try to set a recording at the same time as I know a planned programme was in there it does say there's a conflict. I'm hesitant to reset this time as I don't want to lost the few things recorded since Friday if I don' have to.

Has anyone experienced this? Will it fix itself, do I need to reformat again. Is it a known problem - I've had the V+ since Feb and not had this particular problem before, but am now frustrated as have lost hours of programming...

Thanks in advance.
