2nd Box not subscribed to any channels

Hi,

I have got the VIP package and rarely use my 2nd box. It has been unplugged for around a month. Today, I plugged it in to find that the only channels it would pick up are the 'freeview' channels.

It gives me an unsubscribed message on all other channels and the on demand does not work. Is there anything I can do from here to get it working again?

I am reluctant to contact customer services about this issue as I'm sure they will do something to mess up my billing in the process.

Many thanks.

You'll have to contact Customer Services to give the box a hit

Re: 2nd Box not subscribed to any channels

That's what happens if you leave the box off too long. Leave it plugged it in, and your channels should be back on in a month or two

Alternatively, give Faults a call (not Customer Services). They'll put them back on immediately. This is a very common problem and they will know how to fix it. It's nothing to do with billing.

I noticed that last night. I was channel hopping on the 2nd box late last night and only had the "freeview" channels. This moning it was back to normal
