awful customer service (151)

About 3 weeks ago my picture starts to go blocky and the sound drops out on both my V+ and normal STB.

Engineer comes round, no problem with the boxes, but the strength of my signal is fluctuating. He says he will call the network dept, and get someone to look at the problem

5 days later the problem is still on going.

Phone 151 - Explained the problem, asked if network engineer had been booked. No - this offshore call centre person did not seem to listen i said about the engineer saying problem with signal. Wanted me to re-boot box etc. He could not seem to understand that the problem was not with the boxes.

Phoned again - Got an agent, who understood what was going on phoned the "network dept"...she was trying to get through to them for about 20 mins. She was very good phoned me back twice saying she will still trying. But she must have given up.

So again on the phone this morning... 35 mins. Again wanting to book an engineer to send out to me, wanting to re-boot the box etc. Keep telling me there is no local problem, and therefore there is nothing they can do.......

Now on the phone to 150...who are saying they cannot take any sort of ownership of the problem
