Smile Good service - thank you!

On Sunday the remote for my Pace box stopped working & fresh batteries would not cure the problem. Dialled 150 and spoke a really helpful guy in India who promised a new remote in 5 days. Imagine my surprise when one arrived on Tuesday! I am the first to complain when I get bad service - so thanks you VM for exceeding my expectations!

Nefu - Location, Swindon

Is it a condition of being from Swindon that we always have to complain lots? I am an exiled Swindonian (Lived there for my first 19 years before moving to Bedfordshire), but I still have the complaint instinct Nice to see you've had not only good, but outstanding service, top stuff.

Just out of interest, what box did you receive? Another Pace or a Sammy?

I started out life in Guildford so do you think it's catching if you just live in Swindon?

Didn't replace box, just remote.

I'm glad this thread is here...

Although not 100% satisfied with Virgin and their V+ service, whenever we have a fault on any of our boxes, we get through to "faults" without much hassle and they are round to fix it within 2 days maximum. The service engineers are polite and know what they are doing and the fault has never once recurred. I live in their "LU" postcode area and have always been impressed with their service.
