Invalid smart card..

Had Virgin installed for a week and my Smartcard is still invalid, apparently. I guess a long phone call to customer services is needed...

Is it the engineers fault or Virgin themselves? If he drank my cuppa and didn't install it properly I will be most annoyed!

Re: Invalid smart card..

Three weeks later and finally it is fixed. Very nice technician swapped our black Pace box for a silver Samsung one (which now goes with the DVD player and TV, haha) and now my telly works!
