Docu Dilemma

Recorded/watched a programme a couple of weeks ago, all ok. Went to watch it again last night only to find it wouldn't play. Instead message saying problem with this recording if rebooting doesn't work phone etc.etc...... What's that all about?
VM give me back my programme.

Its the old error code 2056 which is a corrupt recording, i've had it happen to me a few times and the only option is to delete it.

I must admit, failed recordings are becoming rare... well, for me anyroad.

Cant remember the last, and even then, it was on Demand about an Hour later.

We may all complain about the service, but we love it really, and wherelse are you gonna see something as 21st century as this, without it being illegal?
