Poor picture through RF output - change UHF frequency?

Hi guys,

Just had a new TV aerial fitted and it has also been connected the upstairs TV to it so I get terrestrial channels. The aerial man also put the RF output through my Samsung 2100C so that Virgin appears on Channel 7 on both TVs (through the aerial).

Now, you can see the Virgin channels picture, but there is interference on it. I called Virgin and they say there is no solution.

Any ideas? I have heard about changing the UHF frequency on the box, etc, but wouldn't know how to do it.
