Is This Normal?

Looked up some OnDemand stuff last night and found a programme called Night Stalker, watched 2 episode, it's very good by the way (on Bravo on demand). Just gone to watch episode 3 and its not there, nor is 4, 5 or 6. Episode 7 is a follow on from episode 6! What's going on?!
I've found that with a couple of things with VoD. I had a look at Band of Brothers in the HBO content, and found that they'd not got part 10, and part 6 was listed as being 30 mins long, instead of the hour that it really is. I didn't watch part 6 to find out it it was actually 30 mins though. I suspect their reporting was incorrect. But episode 10 was not there at all.
