VOD Problem.

Dee4leeds is an unknown quantity at this point
VOD Problem.

Whenever I try to watch something on demand nothing appears.

When I press "Watch now" the signal to show the programme is starting now and the play-pause etc wheel appears and the timer starts. But no visual or audio appers.

This is happening on both of my boxes and I've tried rebooting both of them. Any suggestions?
