Problem with STB
Hey guys,
one of my STBs has crashed.
I got the EPG update and it worked ok for a day. then the STB froze on wed night. we tried the whole turn off for 20 secs - 5 mins and take the card out to clean it, whats left of it that is.
My STB is a Pace Model #: DI4001N the screen is always on Virgin Media Powering Up screen. The lights on the STB has one permanent and that is the top light, flashes if I press the remote but does nothing.
is there anything I can do, or is this a call to CS?

Let me guess, you picked out yet another colorful box with a crank that I'm expected to turn and turn until OOP! big shock, a jack pops out and you laugh and the kids laugh and the dog laughs and I die a little inside.
